I am TPr. Aw Swee Lin, Registered Town Planner Director of ASL JURURANCANG SDN BHD. With rapid development, town planners and landscaping become one of the catalysts for economic change in the country. I consider my ability as an town planner to be the way I help the country's economy to continue to grow and make my experience the key to that success.
Story
Ms. Aw has over 20 years experience in a diversified of field such as Architectural, Building, Construction and property development industries.
She have been worked with few established Public Listed Company known as Taisei Corporation (Top Ten Public Listed Company in Japan), Arab-Malaysian Toda Construction, Anson Perdana, Mancon Berhad, Khoo Soon Lee Realty Berhad and S P Setia Berhad; mainly involved intensively in Project Planning & Development work. Familiar with Local Authorities and Statutory requirement only limited to town planning submission layout and building plan as well. Directly supervised and monitoring the project involved.
At her early year of working in three (3) years experiences with John Tan Hee Piow Architectural firm had given her stronger architectural foundation to complement her to work well with Town & Regional Planning layout plan. ASL JURURANCANG S/B will be a new path for Ms Aw to access and provide more consultation services directly to private industry and parties including developer firm and individual land owner and factory proprietor and indirectly to Government sector as well in near future.
